MAS Defense LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if MAS Defense LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:

In the event that a MAS Defense LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MAS Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MAS Defense LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MAS Defense LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

TERM; TERMINATION:

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by MAS Defense LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Currently, MAS Defense ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the 50 US States. All packages are shipped "FOB origin" / "FOB shipping point". MAS Defense has no control over the shipping carrier with regards to delivery time frames, damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise. By purchasing "Flat Rate" shipping, you agree to release MAS Defense from all responsibility and liability of purchased merchandise with regards to damage, loss, theft etc. once said merchandise has been placed with the designated shipping carrier. If "Carrier" shipping is purchased, it is your responsibility to contact MAS Defense to file a claim if your package is damaged, lost or stolen while in transit. Your package will not be covered by insurance if the tracking number shows it has been delivered. If your package is lost, it may take up to 7 business days from the shipping date to file a claim. A "Lost Package" form will be submitted to the appropriate carrier. It may be necessary for the buyer to also open a case with the carrier. Packages over $200 will be sent signature required. We reserve the right to send any package signature required, direct or adult signature required at our discretion. 

INTERNATIONAL:

MAS Defense does NOT ship merchandise to locations outside of the United States.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). MAS Defense LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

SALES TAX:

MAS Defense charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on thresholds provided by each state. Once the threshold has been met, applicable state sales tax will be applied.

MODIFYING AN ORDER:

Orders cannot be modified after "Processing" has started. Barreled uppers are built to order using the parts you select. Due to system limitations, they cannot be modified after the order has been placed. Please contact us BEFORE you place a order to discuss any questions you have about fitment or general use of a product.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

A. Cancellation of any order after it has reached the "Processing" status but before the item(s) has shipped will be subject to a 7% cancellation fee. This fee is charged to cover the credit card merchant fees to process and refund the transaction. 

B. Cancellation of any product for failure to follow notices on products with age requirements, matching billing and shipping addresses, an outline of states or cities that we cannot ship to etc. will result in a 15% cancellation fee. 

C. Cancellation of any barreled upper after the order has been placed but before it has shipped will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Please contact us BEFORE you place a order to discuss any questions you have about fitment or general use of a product.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving a item with any issues that you would like to discuss. All returns must be in "NEW" condition with retail packaging if applicable, never mounted or used in any way. All returns MUST include the MAS Defense LLC issued RMA #. Returns must be shipped to 658 Griffith Road Suite 111 Charlotte, NC 28217 with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit. All parts returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. If items are returned with any damage or signs of use, they will be returned to the customer. Ordering the wrong part, changing your mind or not knowing the law does not constitute a valid return. 2. All Barreled Uppers are built to order using our (50) point process. They are built using the options you select which include the default options. Every barreled upper is test fired before it leaves our facility. For these reasons, barreled uppers are NOT returnable items. If there is a issue after receiving a barreled upper, we will troubleshoot via phone and/or e-mail and if necessary get the upper back for inspection. 3. If you received a part other than what is listed on your invoice we will issue an RMA and postage label to get the incorrect part back. The incorrect part must be received by MAS Defense before the correct part can be sent out. 4. Items marked "cannot be returned for any reason", "these items are not returnable" or any similar statement listed in the product description are not returnable. By purchasing these items you agree to this condition.

AMMUNITION:

The use of steel case, reloaded or re-manufactured ammunition voids any and all warranties on all parts sold by MAS Defense. The use of ammunition prohibited by the manufacturer of the ammunition (example: 9MM ammo that the manufacturer has specifically stated should not be used in carbine style (PCC) weapons) voids any and all warranties. The use of ammunition that has been produced exceeding the industry standard pressure, +P, ++P, +++P or designated "hot" loads voids any and all warranties. MAS Defense will not be held responsible or liable for any damages and/or injuries incurred by use of any of these or other similar types of ammunition. MISCELLANEOUS:

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MAS Defense with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and MAS Defense with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by MAS Defense.
