Haven't used these barrels before, but upon initial insurrection they appear to be well machined and the coating is nice. Only gave 3 stars because the packaging leaves a little to be desired. I would have figured they would have more respect for their product than to just tape it up with bubble wrap. I've bought cheaper barrels that at least came packaged in a solid tube, to prevent damage in shipping. Cave wait to get these installed and see how they perform.

I’ve been a big fan of Ballistic Advantage for many years. I’ve wanted to try one of their 1:8 Wylde barrels, but I don’t like the bare stainless. (Great for accuracy...but not for longevity). Then they came out with the barrel I’ve dreamt of for 2 years. A 16” Middle weight barrel with midlength gas system, 1:8 twist & Wylde chamber. And of course....Nitride QPQ. I ONLY use Nitride QPQ barrels. Have been since 2014. And I found this barrel sold for the best price here at Masdefence. Big Plus to start off. To add, the shipping was insanely fast. Here we are still in the effects of a pandemic, and Masdefence still managed to get my order to me a day EARLY! Right on! You’ve won a customer for life Masdefence. Thank you.

Bought this barrel for my next build after reading positive reviews. 1:8 twist is my personal preference for 5.56 or .223 builds.The price was well within reason and the shipping was super fast. I would recommend Mas Defense when planning your own build or any other accessories needed.
