I cannot speak to the quality of the products I have ordered, but they are brand name items, and I don't hold the seller responsible for their quality. What I can say is that there was a minor snafu in shipping. The muzzle devices I ordered were actually stuffed in the box with the pistol brace I ordered, so I thought they were missing. I contacted customer service, and they called me to help me rectify the situation. The gentleman with whom I spoke gave me his direct line and his name, so there was a sense of accountability in getting the issue squared away. That's huge.
